Background
With the rapid growth of the ADAS business, projects for major automotive manufacturers in Japan are expanding. There is a critical need for PM personnel who can lead the entire project anchored in software development, strengthening the framework led by Japan; hence, we are recruiting for this position.
Job Responsibilities
As a Project Manager for ADAS software development projects, you will be responsible for the following:
- Developing software development plans (roadmaps/schedules/resources)
- Managing development progress, quality, and risks
- Collaborating with global development hubs (Germany, India, Vietnam, Hungary, etc.)
- Engaging in technical negotiations and specification adjustments with customers (automotive manufacturers)
- Identifying challenges and leading decision-making
Note: This position requires strong judgment and coordination skills as a PM.
