Customer Project Manager (Honda ADAS Project)
[Job Responsibilities]
- Serve as a key point of contact with the customer throughout the Honda ADAS project, managing the overall project to achieve set objectives.
- Lead the core project team located overseas, driving the project from a global perspective.
- Act as a liaison with customers throughout the product development process, overseeing planning, progress tracking, resource allocation, and risk management among various project management tasks.
- Prepare and conduct quality gate meetings and reviews, providing accurate and timely project status updates to management.

[Required Qualifications (Mandatory)]
- At least 5 years of practical experience in project management.
- At least 5 years of practical experience in the automotive industry.
[Preferred Qualifications (Desired)]
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, or Software Engineering.
- Excellent negotiation skills and an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to identify challenges and propose solutions.
- A calm demeanor with good manners, exceptional presentation skills, high communication ability, and a strong emphasis on teamwork.
- Experience working in international teams or abroad.
- RK-PMQ certification is a plus.
[Language Proficiency]
- English: TOEIC score of 700 or higher, or business-level proficiency in English (used regularly in emails and meetings).
- Japanese: JLPT N2 level or native-level Japanese proficiency.
