Key Responsibilities
- **CRM Cleanup & Data Management**: Conduct thorough audits of existing Contacts, Accounts, and Deals in Zoho CRM. Standardize and deduplicate data to maintain accuracy. Implement AI-driven tools for ongoing data hygiene and enrichment.
- **Workflow Automation**: Design and execute intelligent workflows within the Deals module. Automate the lead-to-deal conversion process to minimize manual tasks. Create automation for tasks to elevate team productivity.
- **Reporting & Dashboards**: Develop real-time dashboards that track crucial company KPIs. Provide actionable insights regarding sales performance and pipeline health. Support leadership with data-informed decision-making.
- **Customer Portals & Engagement**: Build branded portals tailored for borrowers and clients. Centralize documentation, communication, and deal status updates. Leverage AI to customize and enhance client interactions.
- **AI & Integration**: Utilize Zoho’s AI tools (Zia, chatbots, AI workflows, etc.). Seamlessly integrate Zoho applications (CRM, Creator, Books, Cliq, etc.) into a cohesive platform. Develop scalable solutions aligned with industry best practices.
