Key Responsibilities:

CRM Cleanup & Data Management:

Conduct audits and clean existing Contacts, Accounts, and Deals within Zoho CRM.
Deduplicate and standardize data across modules to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Implement AI-powered solutions for continuous data hygiene and enrichment.

Workflow Automation:

Design and deploy automated workflows within Zoho CRM (Deals & Leads modules).
Optimize lead-to-deal conversion processes.
Create task automation to minimize manual input and enhance productivity.

Reporting & Dashboards:

Develop customized dashboards for real-time insights into company KPIs.
