Develop computationally intensive problems that cannot be solved manually within a reasonable timeframe. Formulate tasks involving complex reasoning in data processing, statistical analysis, feature engineering, predictive modeling, and insight extraction. Ensure all problems have deterministic solutions, using fixed random seeds for reproducibility when needed. Base scenarios on real business needs such as customer analytics, risk assessment, fraud detection, forecasting, optimization, and operational efficiency. Design problems that span the entire data science pipeline: data ingestion, cleaning, exploratory analysis, modeling, validation, and deployment considerations. Include big data processing cases that require scalable computational approaches. Verify solutions in Python using standard data science libraries and statistical methods. Document each problem clearly, providing realistic business context and confirmed correct answers. Requirements Minimum 5 years of hands-on data science experience with demonstrated business impact. Portfolio of completed projects or publications showing real-world problem-solving ability. Advanced Python programming skills for data science, including Pandas, Numpy, Scipy, Sklearn, and Statsmodels. Deep understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning, including algorithms and practical applications. Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis.
