Your Mission
We are seeking a Creative Producer to spearhead the creative vision and production processes for our games. You will take ownership of the entire creative lifecycle from ideation to final output, ensuring the delivery of high-quality marketing creatives that facilitate game launches and foster growth. This role involves collaborating on creative strategy, artistic direction, production management, and team leadership, working alongside both internal and external teams.
A key responsibility will be to enhance the production of playables, as well as video, static, and other marketing creatives. You should be adept at collaborating with motion designers, creative developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to transform concepts into compelling, launch-ready assets.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Define and execute the creative strategy and vision: Develop concepts, messaging, and creative direction to effectively position and promote our games.
- Oversee the creative process from ideation to delivery: Translate strategies into high-quality creatives, including playables, videos, and static assets.
- Lead and enhance creative teams and partnerships: Organize and oversee the efforts of in-house designers and external studios to ensure top-notch creative output.
