Position Overview:
As a Business Development Manager/Account Executive focusing on Forex, you will report directly to the Country Manager and play a crucial role in driving B2B sales through Introducing Brokers (IBs) across the LATAM region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct seminars, events, and meetings with Introducing Brokers (IBs) to promote our offerings.
- Identify and address IBs’ pain points, crafting unique solutions and tailored offers.
- Foster and strengthen relationships with IBs to enhance business share and ensure long-term collaboration.
Specific Goals (First 12 Months):
- Develop a client base that generates a minimum of $50,000 in monthly deposits within the first 3–6 months.
