Position: Outbound Sales & Appointment Setting Representative
Work Environment: Remote (Colombia or South Africa)
Working Hours: Full-time, 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, aligned with US business hours (8 AM to 5 PM CST)
Salary: Fixed monthly compensation in local currency, plus performance-based bonuses
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct 80–120 outbound calls daily to engage business decision-makers using a provided script and CRM system.
- Schedule 3–5 qualified appointments each day for the sales team.
- Document all call outcomes and follow-up tasks in the CRM.
- Utilize email and LinkedIn for appointment confirmation to minimize no-shows.
- Provide daily reports on call and appointment metrics to the management team.
