Role Overview Anyone-AI is building high-quality STEM training data for advanced AI models used in leading research labs. This fully remote position is open to candidates based in Colombia. The team seeks Chemistry specialists to develop rigorous, deterministic problems that test AI systems’ reasoning, domain expertise, and computational skills. Projects span computational chemistry, physical and analytical chemistry, chemical engineering, and tasks involving specialized chemistry software. What You Will Do Create complex chemistry problems that reflect real scientific workflows. Develop tasks with exactly one correct, verifiable solution. Design challenges requiring deep reasoning and computational methods. Work with Python and, where needed, chemistry-specific tools or simulation packages. Document all tasks to ensure reproducibility and technical accuracy. Write clear, concise technical explanations in English. Requirements Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Chemistry or a related discipline. Background in research or industry involving computational or quantitative chemistry workflows. Proficiency in Python and scientific libraries. Strong grasp of modeling, numerical techniques, and chemical reasoning. Ability to design original, challenging problems beyond standard textbook material. Keen attention to detail and skill in technical writing. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a related field or with specialized chemistry software tools.
