Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) with over 5 years of experience in SaaS or technology sales. This high-impact remote sales position emphasizes outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and engaging key decision-makers in targeted accounts.
In this pivotal role, you will drive growth by uncovering new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and arranging valuable meetings for the closing team.
Core Responsibilities
- Implement multi-channel outbound prospecting strategies (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach) aimed at B2B SaaS buyers.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers (VPs, Directors, C-level executives) across designated industries.
- Qualify leads based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), budget, authority, need, and timeline using frameworks such as BANT or MEDDIC.
- Schedule high-quality discovery calls and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
- Design personalized, data-driven outreach plans for target accounts.
- Maintain and oversee pipeline activities via CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure coherent messaging and campaign alignment.
- Consistently surpass KPIs including meetings booked, pipeline generated, and conversion rates.
