Focus on meaningful hypotheses that genuinely impact conversion rates.Manage the entire signup funnel. From the moment users click on a paid ad until they sign up, this process is yours to optimize. You will collaborate with the Growth PM at the point of signup.Take charge of the website's information architecture. This will be a long-term project with a 90+ day timeline, delivered incrementally rather than through a major overhaul.Write your own code. You will operate independently until we bring a dedicated Growth Engineer on board in Phase 3, so being comfortable in the IDE is essential.Collaborate closely with the CMO and co-founders. Fryderyk and Peter are invested in how Viktor is perceived from the moment a prospective buyer arrives. Their insights combined with your data-driven approach to conversion will lead to successful outcomes.
