Join Our Dynamic 3H18 Learning Team! We are seeking an Administrative Training Manager to enhance our administrative operations for training organizations. If you possess the right skills and are eager to be part of an energetic team, we would love to hear from you!

Understanding of Professional Training, including its regulatory requirements (DREETS) and Qualiopi standards.
Manage and track all mandatory documents: Agreements, notifications, attendance sheets, pre/post training evaluations, trainer feedback, and client assessments.
Efficiently manage invoicing, ensuring timely collection of billing information (billing entity, purchase orders, attendance records).
Navigate funding body websites (e.g., OPCO).
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders (clients, learners, trainers, funding bodies).
Alert in case of delays, quality issues, or compliance with regulatory obligations or Qualiopi standards.
Proficient in at least one training management tool (e.g., Digiforma, Dendreo, Qualiobee, Hop3Team).
Availability: Flexible, ranging from a few hours per week to few hours per month.
Type of Engagement: Project-based or recurring.
Mode of Work: Primarily remote, with potential hybrid options.
