Location: This role is available on a hybrid basis, primarily in Germany or Belgium, with offices located in Munich, Berlin, and Brussels. Occasional travel for team meetings is anticipated.
Your Role
We are on the lookout for a passionate Imagery Analyst with extensive knowledge in geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) to assist our defence and security clients. Your expertise will allow you to transform intelligence data into actionable insights derived from our dynamic datasets, including optical, thermal, and SAR imagery, as well as time-series and non-civil datasets.
This position requires you to bridge traditional defence intelligence with advanced imagery analytics, develop AI/ML and statistical tools to enhance current algorithms, and utilize geospatial data for critical mission assessments. You will also represent our organization in engagements with government and defence stakeholders, including Ministries of Defence.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct analysis of multi-source imagery (satellite, aerial, UAV) and open-source intelligence to support defence and security initiatives.
Identify, characterize, and track objects, activities, and changes of interest to fulfill operational and intelligence needs.
Perform temporal and spatial analyses, utilizing time-series data to evaluate threats, monitor sensitive areas, and detect anomalies or emerging trends.
Merge imagery insights with geospatial datasets (GIS layers, terrain models, proprietary datasets) to create comprehensive analyses.
