Location: Remote within Germany, with regular travel to Berlin for marketing events (1 to 3 times per quarter)

Role overview
This Marketing Manager role is a 12-month parental leave cover, ideally starting in July. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the position is part of a small and collaborative marketing team. The work involves regular coordination with Sales, Product, Engineering, and external agencies or partners, with a focus on the German and broader European markets.
What you will do
- Field Marketing and Campaign Execution
- Lead and deliver field marketing activities in the DACH region to increase pipeline and regional profile.
- Design and run integrated campaigns across key channels and target groups.
- Adapt global marketing efforts for the German market as needed.
- Work with Sales and SDR teams on pipeline generation, lead handover, and follow-up.
- Coordinate with Sales on regional priorities, campaign execution, and field feedback.
- Demand Generation
- Create and execute strategies to drive lead and pipeline growth.
- Collaborate with partner organizations on joint campaigns and co-marketing projects.
- Support campaign planning, targeting, messaging, and performance tracking.
- Content Creation
- Develop and adapt marketing materials for various channels: landing pages, website and product content, presentations, campaign assets, emails, social media, event collateral, and sales enablement resources.
- Occasionally support product announcements with internal teams.
- Ensure all content is clear, consistent, and in line with campaign and brand messaging.
