At OpenProject, we develop innovative open source project management software that empowers teams to plan, collaborate, and execute their work efficiently. Our philosophy is that exceptional software should enable individuals to organize their tasks in a manner that fosters autonomy, accountability, and seamless collaboration across all levels.
As the Product Tech Lead, you will be instrumental in transforming this vision into reality. You will serve as the bridge between software engineering, product management, and leadership, guiding your team of engineers to develop a product that is both technically robust and closely aligned with user requirements. Your mission is to provide clarity and direction, especially in instances where the path forward may not be entirely defined.
To give you a better understanding of this role, we invite you to watch a brief video featuring our CTO and Co-Founder, Wieland Lindenthal, our CPO Rosanna Sibora, and fellow Product Tech Lead Dominic Bräunlein. They share insights about the position, its impact, and the team culture.
