Role Overview: Strategic Account Executive - Germany
ClickHouse is focused on building a strong global user community and growing as a cloud-first company. The Strategic Account Executive will help expand ClickHouse’s presence in Germany, following the launch of our serverless Cloud product. This position will shape how the product is positioned and adopted in the German market.
The role calls for a mix of business insight and technical understanding. The Strategic Account Executive will guide customers to reach their goals and get the most from ClickHouse’s solutions.
What You Will Do
- Find and develop new business opportunities, build a healthy sales pipeline, and close short-term Cloud monthly contracts while creating a strategy for longer, more complex sales cycles.
- Present ClickHouse’s solutions and vision to secure key commercial agreements.
- Use a solution-focused sales approach to deliver clear business value to clients.
- Promote the innovation of ClickHouse Cloud, increasing awareness and adoption.
- Manage customer information, including use cases, timelines, and forecasts, using Salesforce.
- Deliver accurate monthly business forecasts.
- Support the ClickHouse ecosystem by participating in local developer meetups and helping organize community events focused on ClickHouse.
