Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Cold Calling
Location: Remote (LATAM)
Employment Type: Full-time - Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM MST
Compensation: Competitive hourly base + performance-based commission
Join our dynamic team at lago-1 as a passionate and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR). In this role, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, focusing on generating an outbound pipeline through high-volume cold calling. This is a results-oriented position where the primary goal is to secure qualified appointments through effective outreach.
This is not a passive role; you will take full ownership of your calling activity, meet daily dialing targets, and consistently achieve results.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound cold calls (150–200+ dials daily)
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team
- Utilize proven scripts while adapting to live conversations
- Confidently handle objections and maintain the momentum of conversations
- Keep accurate records and track activities in CRM
- Continuously optimize call performance and conversion rates.
What Success Looks Like
- Consistently achieving daily call metrics
- Securing high-quality appointments
- Demonstrating strong objection handling and conversational control
- Improving conversion rates over time
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in cold calling or SDR roles
- Demonstrated B2B cold calling experience, with quantifiable metrics (dials per day, connection rates, appointments set)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Ability to address objections in real-time with specific rebuttals.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRM)
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Highly motivated by financial goals and a strong work ethic.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
- Fluent in English with strong verbal communication skills (C1)
