Role Overview Riveron India seeks a Manager - Lead Instructional Designer for Learning & Development. This role shapes and delivers engaging training programs across digital and blended learning platforms. The position works closely with subject matter experts, project teams, and other stakeholders to create learning solutions that support company goals.
