Role overview The Organizational Development Specialist (Monitoring & Evaluation) will volunteer with the Private Sector Organization of Jamaica (PSOJ) to help strengthen monitoring and evaluation systems as well as governance frameworks. This role centers on developing tools and processes that allow PSOJ to track and communicate its impact, while also supporting transparent and effective governance. What you will do Design and roll out monitoring and evaluation tools to capture PSOJ’s impact at both detailed and broader levels. This includes preparing an M&E plan, tracking systems, results-based matrices, and reporting templates for stakeholders. Develop governance tools that promote sustainability and strategic direction. Carry out a comprehensive needs assessment of the PIOJ and help implement a governance strengthening plan with the Executive Director. Requirements Bachelor's degree in organizational management, business administration, or a related area. Experience Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and solid problem-solving abilities. Ability to use independent judgment, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Substantial experience in strategic planning and organizational development. Demonstrated success working in teams, showing initiative and self-motivation. Experience delivering training sessions.
