Required Skills ● Over 5 years of practical experience in the gaming industry.● Deep understanding of in-game design.● Ability to design game mechanics, levels, quests, mini-games, and events.● Ability to translate ideas into game mechanics and experiences, implementing, testing, and improving them.● Experience in building 3D game scenes, levels, and environments using Unity.● Analytical skills to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of game systems.● Proactive attitude to keep up with the latest trends in the mobile F2P market and share insights from gameplay analysis with the team.● Excellent communication skills. Preferred Skills ● Experience in development with Unity.● Experience with live game services (management of content pipelines and event calendars, design optimization based on real-time user data, etc.).● Practical experience in Agile development, with asset adjustment skills in animation, VFX, and writing.
