Join Wishpond Technologies as a Marketing Account Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in driving the marketing success of our clients!ROLE OVERVIEWWe are on the lookout for a Marketing Account Manager who will take ownership of a portfolio of 30–60 small to medium-sized business (SMB) clients. This strategic position requires a consultant's mindset, a marketer's creativity, and the communication skills of a trusted advisor. This is a fully remote role, allowing for flexibility in location, and you will collaborate closely with the Account Management Team and other departments to ensure the ongoing success of Wishpond Technologies Ltd.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Develop a comprehensive understanding of each client's business objectives from the outset, and convert these into a targeted marketing strategy with clear, measurable outcomes.• Take ownership of the outcomes. Monitor performance against established benchmarks and proactively refine strategies to keep clients on course.• Spot growth opportunities, upsell when appropriate, and ensure clients remain engaged, informed, and confident in the value they are receiving.• Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels including paid social, Google Ads, email, content marketing, and landing pages efficiently and independently.• Utilize AI tools to generate campaign materials, ad copy, creative concepts, performance reports, and strategic briefs with unprecedented efficiency.• Deliver high-quality campaigns that consistently meet or exceed client expectations.• Foster a relationship of trust with clients by being proactive, transparent, and always anticipating their needs.• Provide clients with insights and actionable recommendations, moving beyond mere status updates.• Address challenging conversations with confidence and integrity.• Employ a suite of industry-leading AI tools daily, including ChatGPT Teams, Claude, Canva Teams, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway ML, Surfer SEO, and CapCut; maintain enthusiasm for learning and mastering new skills quickly.• Perform other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS• 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Digital Marketing, or Client Strategy, preferably in an agency or SaaS environment.
