Role overview
The Project Manager in Security Technology leads teams and ensures projects run smoothly from start to finish. This remote role involves managing teams of 10 to 30 technicians, serving as the main contact on-site, and taking ownership of project delivery, safety, and quality.
Projects span supermarkets, offices, distribution centers, and high-end locations, offering a variety of challenges and the independence to make key decisions.
Your responsibilities
- Lead security projects for utilities and major clients
- Direct, guide, and motivate technicians
- Monitor progress, quality, and safety on-site
- Coordinate with project management, subcontractors, and clients
- Resolve practical challenges during project execution
- Work with brands such as Hertek, Siemens, and Bosch
- Oversee projects throughout the Netherlands
