This Creative Director position plays a central role in Assistantly’s sourcing and endorsement approach. Role Overview Assistantly seeks a Creative Director to lead creative strategy and execution across multiple brands in a remote role based in Panama. The position calls for someone who can turn complex business insights into assets that drive revenue. Rather than waiting for established systems, the Creative Director is expected to build and refine them, working independently and focusing on results. The role involves translating strategic goals into actionable briefs, campaigns, and sales materials while maintaining strong project momentum. Main Responsibilities Direct creative efforts across all brands, ensuring consistency in voice, visuals, and quality. Develop clear, actionable creative briefs for content and design teams to keep projects aligned and on track. Create and oversee sales materials such as presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and scripts for video sales letters. Turn business results into compelling before-and-after case studies that highlight impact and evidence. Manage or brief content for landing pages, email campaigns, and outreach messaging. Set up a repeatable content system to translate ideas and achievements into multi-format outputs for various platforms. Identify effective hooks, formats, and messaging strategies, using these insights to shape future campaigns. Work closely with revenue and marketing teams to ensure funnel strategies, messaging, and content are aligned. Lead the creative team by setting expectations, offering constructive feedback, and ensuring timely delivery. Review performance metrics to evaluate what works, spot areas for improvement, and focus creative efforts based on measurable outcomes. Essential Qualifications Proven experience leading creative projects that support revenue goals, with hands-on involvement. Strong writing skills across sales copy, case studies, content, and marketing materials. Fluent English, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Consistent availability for collaboration in a remote setting. Ability to guide creative teams through clear briefs, feedback, and quality control, without micromanaging. Good judgment in content creation and presentation.
