Role Overview
The Appointment Setter & Executive Assistant (A307) is central to daily operations, supporting both leadership and sales teams. This position ensures smooth execution of tasks and contributes to strategic projects that help drive revenue. Core strengths include calendar management, CRM upkeep, and process improvement. The right candidate is proactive, analytical, and comfortable working independently in high-pressure situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling and manage calendars across multiple time zones for enterprise sales teams.
- Keep CRM records accurate and extract key insights from meetings to improve operations.
- Automate and refine routine workflows to reduce manual work.
- Participate in strategic and operational projects supporting leadership and enterprise clients.
