Overview
We are in search of a talented and analytical Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist who possesses extensive knowledge and creativity in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and data-driven growth strategies. This pivotal role will be instrumental in scaling performance across web and product experiences, with a direct influence on conversion rates from traffic volumes of 10 million to over 600 million visitors.
You will collaborate closely with developers, marketing, and product leaders to formulate hypotheses, execute tests, and implement successful experiments that drive measurable revenue growth and enhance customer success outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the CRO roadmap and testing strategy across the website, product onboarding, and acquisition funnels.
- Design, initiate, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to enhance conversion rates and minimize friction throughout the customer journey.
- Work in tandem with developers to implement tests and validate outcomes in live environments.
- Utilize analytics platforms and statistical models to identify drop-off points and prioritize high-impact opportunities.
- Create dashboards and reports to track experiment performance and business impacts.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Growth, and CRO leadership to translate findings into actionable growth strategies.
- Ensure continuous documentation and dissemination of test velocity and learnings throughout the organization.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), growth, or related roles.
- Strong technical proficiency in A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, or similar).
- Expertise in web analytics platforms (GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel) coupled with strong SQL skills.
- Experience in conducting experiments at scale (10–600 million users/visitors).
- Ability to effectively collaborate with developers and Customer Success teams to execute experiments.
- An analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and articulate insights clearly.
- Robust project management skills with experience in driving initiatives from inception to completion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS or growth-stage companies.
- Familiarity with retention marketing and email optimization.
- Exposure to large-scale personalization and segmentation strategies.
