2. Shipping Coordination: Collaborate with the warehouse team to facilitate order shipments and keep spreadsheets updated.
3. Digital Access Support: Provide eBook access to customers utilizing designated software tools.
4. Billing: Process invoices for the Department of Education post-shipment, adhering to specified formatting guidelines.
5. Payment Tracking: Monitor payment statuses via the Board of Education website and proactively follow up with customers regarding unpaid invoices.
6. Bookkeeping: Accurately track and record expenses and income using QuickBooks.
7. Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and emails regarding orders in a timely and professional manner.
8. Data Management: Conduct data harvesting and maintain organized and accessible records.
