Role Overview
The Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in spearheading end-to-end marketing initiatives, including lead generation, email marketing, social media engagement, and brand enhancement. Based on project requirements, this role may also involve collaboration on optimizing website and landing page performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategize and implement lead generation tactics that align with business goals
- Craft and oversee email marketing campaigns, focusing on segmentation and automation
- Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and interaction
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms
- Assist in integrated marketing campaigns from initial concept to final execution and analysis
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze outcomes, and deliver actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and project stakeholders
Web & Digital Support (Preferred, Not Mandatory)
- Help with website and landing page content updates
- Participate in conversion rate optimization efforts
- Basic knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) or HTML/CSS is advantageous
Requirements
Candidate Profile
- At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience
- Demonstrable expertise in lead generation, email marketing, and social media marketing
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as CRM systems, email platforms, analytics tools, and social media management software
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to quickly adapt to various brands, industries, and project needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with paid digital advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta)
- Familiarity with marketing automation and funnel optimization strategies
- Exposure to B2B, SaaS, or agency environments
- Basic design, video, or content editing abilities
