Key Responsibilities:Development of Data & AI Solutions for Operations Support· Lead and collaborate on transformative data and AI initiatives aimed at enhancing operational support outcomes, such as real-time incident enrichment, automated root cause analysis, predictive alerting, ticket clustering, change risk scoring, knowledge mining, and intelligent runbooks.· Architect and implement scalable AI features integrated into operational support platforms including ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, monitoring tools, and ITSM systems.· Guarantee that all solutions adhere to stringent operational SLAs for reliability, low latency, auditability, explainability, and zero-downtime deployment.· Stay informed on emerging AIOps tools, research, and industry trends, applying them to enhance operational support. Leadership in AIOps Tools & Platforms· Oversee the design, development, and ongoing enhancement of internal AIOps platforms and reusable components that support operations teams.· Integrate AIOps tools with ITSM systems, observability platforms (such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Dynatrace, and Splunk), ticketing systems, and automation frameworks.· Implement best practices in MLOps/AI Ops specifically for production environments, including model monitoring, drift detection, automated rollback, performance checks, and cost optimization at scale. Technical Leadership in AI for Operations Support Initiatives· Act as the primary AI technical authority for transformation programs in operational support across service operations, NOC, support desks, and infrastructure operations.
