Role overview
This Sales Development Representative (SDR) position focuses on driving outbound prospecting and building a strong sales pipeline for AI SaaS solutions. The role is fully remote and based in the Philippines, ideal for those who understand complex technology products and can confidently engage decision-makers in AI-related conversations. Success in this role means qualifying leads, setting up meetings for Account Executives, and supporting the sales process from first contact.
What you will do
- Generate high-quality leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Identify and connect with decision-makers in target organizations.
- Communicate the value of AI SaaS products to prospective clients.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on Ideal Customer Profile and buying signals.
- Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly KPIs for meetings booked and pipeline generated.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as an SDR or BDR in AI SaaS or technical SaaS environments.
- Proven track record in outbound sales and pipeline development.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts and ability to explain technical value propositions.
- Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise clients is preferred.
- Skilled in CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and objection-handling skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
