Your expertise lies in crafting captivating copy and visuals, nurturing engaged online communities, and analyzing metrics to refine and elevate performance.Responsibilities • Develop comprehensive cross-platform social media strategies and manage content calendars for over 14 brands in alignment with company goals. • Create AI-enhanced creative content, including captions, short-form videos, visuals, and repurposed long-form content. • Oversee community engagement, responding to DMs/comments and managing private groups; escalate support issues to customer experience (CX) as necessary. • Provide analytics, reporting, and optimization strategies using AI-driven dashboards and connected analytics tools. • Design and distribute toolkits for influencers/brand ambassadors and coordinate influencer/affiliate marketing campaigns.RequirementsMust-Have Qualifications• 3–5+ years of experience managing social media for brands, demonstrating significant growth and engagement metrics.• Strong familiarity with AI content tools, social media scheduling platforms, and analytics dashboards.• Excellent written communication skills in English and proven experience in community management.• Experience in producing and editing short-form video content and adapting long-form materials.• Proven capability to handle multiple brands simultaneously.Nice-to-Have Qualifications • Experience in branding, marketing, CRM (GoHighLevel), and sales funnel management. • Background in health, wellbeing, or educational content and community engagement programs.BenefitsCompensation & Performance BonusesBase fee: USD $750-1000 per month (based on experience).Performance incentives: Annual bonus for exceeding KPIs.Payment & Contractor TermsIndependent Contractor status only.
