Your responsibilities will include hands-on full-stack development, guiding architectural decisions, mentoring a team of engineers, and spearheading the integration of AI capabilities to enhance our technology offerings.You'll lead the development lifecycle of our SaaS platform, ensuring alignment with business goals, and promoting scalable software design and continuous delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the complete development lifecycle of our SaaS platform, from inception to deployment, ensuring technical requirements and business objectives are met.Provide mentorship and technical leadership to a team of Full Stack Engineers, promoting their professional growth through support and feedback.Define and implement the technical strategy for AI integration, collaborating with product and data teams to develop AI-driven features that enhance automation and user experience.Research and assess new AI models, frameworks, and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, Google AI), leading the development of AI proof-of-concepts to validate innovative concepts.Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.
