Role Overview
As the Director of Regional Sales for the Alps region, you will spearhead the strategy and execution to enhance GitLab’s footprint in Switzerland and Austria. You will build and lead a high-performing team of Account Executives, establish disciplined, data-driven sales processes, and maintain close engagement with key accounts. Reporting to the VP of Sales, your collaboration across account management, customer success, marketing, product, engineering, and operations will ensure a consistent, exceptional experience for GitLab customers while expanding our market presence. In this role, you will be pivotal in shaping GitLab’s go-to-market strategy in the Alps region, driving new customer acquisition and expansion, and effectively conveying our open-source and DevSecOps narrative to a diverse clientele, all while achieving ambitious bookings and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth targets.
