Your Role
As a Full-Cycle Recruiter at Turnkey, you will take charge of the entire recruiting process, from talent sourcing and outreach to extending offers and closing candidates, across both technical and business areas. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure seamless and efficient hiring processes, provide an outstanding candidate experience, and elevate the quality of each hire.
In addition, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our recruitment frameworks, fortifying our employer brand, and establishing a scalable recruiting foundation to support our rapid growth.

What You’ll Do
Oversee the full recruiting cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and securing top talent across various departments.
Cultivate strong partnerships with hiring managers to gain an in-depth understanding of role requirements and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process.
Employ innovative sourcing methods to discover talent beyond traditional avenues.
Manage candidate experiences from first contact to closure, ensuring every interaction exemplifies Turnkey’s excellence.
Maintain organized, high-quality data and reporting within our ATS.
Collaborate with leadership to anticipate hiring needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
Enhance Turnkey’s employer branding through engaging storytelling and consistent messaging.
Continuously optimize recruitment processes for improved efficiency, speed, and quality of hires.
Experiment, assess, and enhance; assist Turnkey in building a scalable recruitment engine.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth tech environment.
Demonstrated success in closing candidates across both technical and business roles.
Exceptional organizational skills and a systems-oriented mindset; naturally bring structure to fast-paced settings.
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously without compromising quality or detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Driven, resourceful, and dedicated to finding and engaging top talent.
