You will establish the systems, workflows, and assurances necessary for our customers, partners, and internal teams to confidently utilize data across various modalities, regions, and regulatory frameworks.This role sits at the crossroads of product management, legal compliance, data science, security, and partner operations, transforming intricate regulatory and ethical challenges into scalable capabilities for our platform.What You Will Own:Drive Protege's privacy protection strategy across various modalities (text, audio, video, multimodal), ensuring a balance between privacy, usability, and cost.Develop scalable de-identification workflows, integrating methods that retain longitudinal or contextual signals when necessary, collaborating closely with our Data Lab and Solutions Architecture teams on unique or complex scenarios.Manage rights, permissions, and usage constraints: establish how they are represented in the platform and enforced throughout the process.Create validation mechanisms for partner-implemented de-identification and rights claims to ensure reliability at scale.Shape product abstractions for regulated environments (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, international healthcare) without hard-coding policies into one-off solutions.Identify and mitigate trust/risk surfaces where inaccurate partner metadata, ambiguous provenance, or weak validation could pose legal or reputational risks.
