We are looking for Software Infrastructure Specialists who are fluent in Java and possess comprehensive knowledge in systems thinking, architectural design, performance engineering, and quality assurance. In this role, you'll engage with advanced AI models, addressing complex infrastructure scenarios that involve JVM-based services, distributed systems, cloud-native environments, and enterprise-grade architectures. You will also document the challenges these models face regarding correctness, scalability, and operational behavior.
Your typical responsibilities will include engaging with the model on Java-focused infrastructure and platform engineering tasks, verifying architectural decisions concerning concurrency, latency, throughput, and resource utilization. You will assess testing strategies at both the infrastructure and application levels, analyze deployment and reliability risks, capture reproducible failure modes, and provide structured feedback to enhance model evaluation and reasoning frameworks.
A bachelor's, master's, or PhD in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is preferred. Hands-on experience with enterprise Java systems, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or roles adjacent to Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevOps is highly regarded. Exceptional written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate system behaviors and design decisions are essential for this role.
