Gravity has swiftly established its presence in the carbon management sector while expanding into new business avenues beyond simple reporting.Your RoleThe role of Partnerships Lead is pivotal as we scale our commercial partnerships, which have become a crucial revenue stream. This position entails nurturing existing relationships with specialized sustainability consulting firms and generalist agencies while exploring new partnership opportunities.You will take ownership of the channel sales pipeline and revenue generation. This is a versatile role where you will not only devise strategies but also actively engage with new firms, articulate joint value propositions, collaborate with account executives to close deals, establish an effective enablement program, and ensure that Gravity remains top-of-mind in the industry.Initially, this will be an individual contributor role with the potential to build a team as our partnerships function grows. You will closely collaborate with Gravity's leadership and our world-class sales team, which is responsible for closing end-client agreements. For the first two quarters, you will report directly to the Co-Founder and Head of Policy & Partnerships, transitioning to report to the Head of Sales thereafter.In a typical week, your activities might include: meeting with a partner's sustainability practice leader to establish a foothold within their organization; creating a targeted pitch deck that positions Gravity against competitors; participating in several sales calls with Gravity AEs regarding partner-sourced deals; demonstrating advanced platform capabilities to initially skeptical prospective partners; and troubleshooting any issues with enablement materials to optimize their effectiveness.Ideal Candidate ProfileWe are looking for a dynamic channel sales operator who thrives on building relationships, crafting compelling business cases, and driving revenue growth.
