You will be responsible for ensuring that our solutions are not only valuable but also feasible and effectively implemented.Your duties will include:Leading product discovery by engaging with customers and conducting in-depth qualitative interviews with targeted users.Contributing to solution development by applying your thorough understanding of business limitations, customer needs, technical challenges, and domain knowledge.Owning the product strategy for your initiative, collaborating with the product team and key executives to establish the roadmap and priorities that will drive Dash0's success.Advocating for customer needs by gaining a deep understanding of the challenges users encounter with observability tools, particularly within Dash0.Being accountable for outcomes by measuring and validating whether the solutions delivered effectively address the identified problems.What You Bring:Extensive expertise in the observability domain, with a strong grasp of the open-source ecosystem (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus) and current industry trends in both product and technology.Experience in software operations, having managed complex software projects and ideally continuing to engage with software personally.Robust data analysis skills, including the establishment of analytics processes and tools to derive insights from intricate data sets.Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities, enabling you to convey product vision and rationale effectively to product teams, stakeholders, and executives.Leadership and mentorship capabilities, guiding and nurturing fellow product managers while promoting a culture of creativity and ongoing improvement.Experience in setting, tracking, and managing product KPIs, providing reports to leadership and aligning cross-functional teams accordingly.
