You will manage high-priority initiatives, from strategic planning to the execution of fundamental business systems, data flows, resource allocation, and special projects, ensuring our operations are as efficient and impactful as possible.This role is ideal for a proactive generalist who thrives in dynamic environments and is eager to help shape the operational backbone of a next-generation AI infrastructure company.Key Responsibilities- Design and enhance core operational systems spanning GTM, finance, operations, and product.- Lead crucial operational initiatives from inception through execution, ensuring thorough planning and iteration.- Create and maintain comprehensive reporting and dashboards for key metrics including revenue, compute usage, expenditure, and GTM efficiency.- Collaborate with leadership to establish operational rhythms including weekly reviews, quarterly planning sessions, and board presentation materials.- Oversee vendor and partner relationships, coordinating with compute suppliers, contractors, and service providers.- Streamline internal processes to enhance cross-departmental collaboration, including contracting, onboarding, and budgeting.- Assist in the preparation of fundraising materials, investor updates, and development of strategic narratives.- Foster cross-department alignment and proactively resolve obstacles to high-priority initiatives.- Manage internal knowledge bases and process documentation as the organization expands.
