A Day in the Life:
- Responding to incoming customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
- Executing outbound sales and marketing campaigns.
- Traveling to events and conferences globally, conducting presentations at booths, and cultivating in-person marketing and sales opportunities.
- Collaborating with various teams and senior stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
- Working closely with marketing on campaign initiatives.
- Researching potential customer information.
- Generating a multi-million dollar pipeline.
- Identifying market trends.
- Contributing to the definition of processes and policies for the team.
- Engaging with new and existing customers, setting up and attending meetings, and actively nurturing relationships to uncover new opportunities.
- Creating, updating, and maintaining lead records for global opportunities.
