This fractional remote role is centered on creating scalable demand generation systems, enhancing qualified lead generation, and driving revenue growth through AI-driven workflows and innovative marketing frameworks.You will work in close collaboration with content, sales, and leadership teams to transform thought leadership into high-impact campaigns that deliver measurable business results.Key ResponsibilitiesDemand Generation StrategyFormulate and execute holistic B2B demand generation strategies in alignment with revenue goals.Design and enhance full-funnel marketing journeys (awareness → acquisition → nurture → conversion).Construct scalable pipeline systems that reliably produce qualified leads.Utilize AI tools and marketing technologies to optimize campaign effectiveness and efficiency.Campaign Management & ExecutionPlan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, email, paid media, and outbound methods.Oversee and refine LinkedIn performance marketing campaigns.Generate high-converting lead magnets including reports, guides, and insights.Apply Account-Based Marketing & Sales (ABM/ABMS) strategies.Develop structured lead nurturing and prospecting campaigns.Collaboration & AlignmentCollaborate with content teams to transform thought leadership into demand-generating assets.Work closely with sales, recruitment, and business development teams to ensure alignment.Engage with internal subject matter experts and external partners to execute campaigns.
