As a Technical Support Representative at CrewBloom, you will play a vital role in our client's support team, delivering expert assistance to English-speaking clients facing a variety of technical challenges. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving issues for Mac and Windows systems through phone support and remote access tools. We are seeking candidates with a robust background in BPO call center environments and substantial experience troubleshooting Apple Macbook and Windows PC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct over-the-phone troubleshooting and remote diagnostics for complex technical issues on Mac and Windows systems.
- Address performance issues such as slow computer speeds, operating system reinstallations, Mac recovery, PC resets, malware and virus removals, driver updates, and Microsoft Outlook problems.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues, including hard drives, RAM, and power supplies.
- Resolve network and internet connectivity issues, browser problems in Google Chrome, and PC game crashes.
- Set up and troubleshoot WiFi-connected printers and address driver issues.
- Provide prompt solutions, document customer issues accurately, and ensure thorough follow-ups.
- Utilize sales techniques to upsell support packages after service resolution.
- Exhibit organization, punctuality, and reliability as key professional traits.
