What this position offers:
As part of our Sales team, you will assist prospective and current customers in maximizing their experience with our Global HR Platform. This team is responsible for addressing incoming inquiries and guiding clients on how to fully leverage Remote’s comprehensive suite of products to fulfill their employment requirements. We uphold our value of Transparency with a fair price guarantee.
Your qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in business development through effective utilization of core sales tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lusha).
- Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in a B2B SaaS technology environment.
- Proficient in negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, complemented by excellent listening capabilities and a positive, energetic phone demeanor.
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically while maintaining a positive attitude in challenging situations.
- A strong sense of urgency in achieving goals and key deliverables, with a proactive approach and willingness to contribute innovative ideas.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Proven track record in the key responsibilities outlined.
- Fluency in English is required.
