Our Solutions (Pre-Sales) Engineers are pivotal technical experts in the field, responsible for driving and managing the technical facets of sales engagements. This involves articulating the benefits of NoSQL technology, clarifying how Couchbase Server operates, and showcasing its ability to address customer challenges. Your role will focus on generating enthusiasm among clients for adopting this innovative approach to fast and scalable databases.Key Responsibilities:Assist customers in navigating their challenges and fulfilling their needs with Couchbase Server, fostering enthusiasm for NoSQL database technology.Work closely with the sales team on account strategies and identify additional opportunities within existing accounts.Oversee the success of customer Proof of Concepts (PoC) and pilots by efficiently managing acceptance criteria and addressing issues as they arise.Create and present outstanding company and product demonstrations.Engage with technical stakeholders at all levels, from managers to architects and developers, to explain Couchbase Server and its various applications.Act as the technical product authority for customers and maintain awareness of the NoSQL competitive landscape.Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to provide feedback and insights.
