Your Role
We are on the lookout for an Associate to join our Industry Coverage team. This role involves fostering relationships with and advising developers, independent power producers, utilities, manufacturers, and sponsors on capital structuring and formation across various financial instruments including debt and tax equity.
Key Responsibilities
Assist senior colleagues in managing client relationships, ensuring effective communication and execution on daily tasks.
Cultivate relationships with client contacts, gradually gaining exposure to higher-level stakeholders.
Acquire and apply knowledge of Crux Market Intelligence and related products to guide clients in navigating opportunities within the clean energy capital landscape.
Support the execution of Crux’s capital markets and advisory services, including mandates related to debt, tax credits, tax equity, and M&A advisory.
