Your Role
As a Commercial Insurance Broker at Coverdash, you will play a vital role in supporting our SMB clients by assessing new business opportunities, collaborating with our in-house brokers, and enhancing your expertise in SMB insurance. Your primary focus will be on selling and managing both admitted and excess & surplus commercial insurance solutions for complex or non-standard risks. This position is perfect for individuals eager to advance their careers within a modern insurance organization and make a meaningful impact on the business community.

Key Responsibilities
Market and sell Property & Casualty (P&C) commercial insurance to small and mid-sized businesses.
Quote, rate, and secure new business by collaborating with carriers and wholesale partners.
Manage client leads and outreach through our CRM to build a robust pipeline and close sales opportunities.
Provide expert advice to clients regarding risk exposures and recommend customized coverage solutions.
Work closely with internal brokers and underwriters to ensure the best possible insurance placements.
Drive new policy sales and transition bound accounts to account management for an exceptional client experience.
