Ideal candidates will possess expertise in executive communications, product marketing communications, change management communications, and social media content creation, among other relevant areas.
Work Location Flexibility: This role offers the option for remote work; however, flexibility is essential for our consultants to meet both team and client needs. Project activities may occasionally require in-person collaboration, and consultants must be prepared to adhere to clients' onsite or return-to-office policies as they evolve. We aim to provide as much advance notice and support as possible in these situations.
As a Communications Project Manager (Consultant) at AG Consulting Partners, your typical responsibilities may include:
- Creating and implementing robust communication strategies that resonate with corporate and product branding goals.
- Overseeing the complete lifecycle of communication projects, including project planning, timeline management, and budget oversight, all while ensuring compliance with established milestones and deadlines.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to both internal and external stakeholders, offering strategic communication guidance to enhance and protect the organization's image.
- Managing the development and production of various communication materials such as press releases, articles, social media posts, newsletters, presentations, and website content, ensuring consistency and high quality across all platforms.
- Executing crisis communication strategies to effectively address and mitigate challenges during emergencies, safeguarding the organization’s reputation.
- Assessing the effectiveness of communication initiatives by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting audience research, gathering feedback, and leveraging data to refine future strategies.
- Guiding junior team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that supports professional growth and development.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure unified messaging and alignment with overarching business objectives, thus enhancing communication effectiveness.
- Leading the development and execution of executive communications, including thought leadership materials.
