- Lead eCommerce projects by assessing, prioritizing, developing, managing, implementing, and testing new initiatives.
- Contribute to the creation and execution of strategic property-level business plans and advertising budgets.
- Enhance user experience on Sentral.com and property-specific websites, focusing on navigation, content, booking processes, and promotional strategies.
- Support the planning, quality assurance, and execution of web content and online marketing campaigns to ensure they are efficient, accurate, and timely.
- Analyze web analytics to derive insights regarding eCommerce performance, communicating findings to team members and stakeholders.
- Assist in designing, crafting, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels such as SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic, and Email Marketing.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Product, Revenue Management, Operations, Site Teams, etc.) to ensure cohesive alignment on eCommerce objectives.
- Oversee the management of external agencies and partners to execute campaigns and solutions effectively.
