About the Role:
As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will seamlessly transition from our Implementation team to closely collaborate with our premier customers. Your primary focus will be to understand their fleet operations and unique challenges, providing expert advice on customizing Samsara's solutions to meet their specific needs, and fostering a long-term partnership.
This position is inherently cross-functional, allowing you to work alongside Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product teams, giving you a comprehensive view of a hyper-growth company.
This role is open to candidates residing in the US except Alaska, Austin Metro, Boulder Metro, California, Chicago Metro, Connecticut, Dallas Metro, Denver Metro, Houston Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Seattle Metro, and Washington, D. C. The ideal candidate will be located in the Central or Eastern time zone.
