This role is ideal for an individual who thrives on developing, testing, and implementing growth strategies from conception through to successful conversion.As a key individual contributor, you will be responsible for defining and guiding Brisk’s growth strategy. You will design and oversee experiments and systems that reach millions of teachers globally. Serving both as an architect and an operator, you will construct scalable and automated growth engines while executing hands-on tasks using tools like Webflow, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Posthog, and various analytic platforms to launch, test, and optimize processes comprehensively.Engaging with both teacher and administrator audiences, you will lead data-driven experiments aimed at enhancing installs, activation, and engagement, ensuring that Brisk not only experiences rapid growth but also provides substantial value to every educator who discovers our platform.YOU WILL:Build and lead the growth roadmapTake ownership of Brisk’s comprehensive teacher growth strategy by designing, developing, and iteratively improving the technical systems, experiments, and optimizations that drive acquisition, activation, and retention.Prioritize tasks effectively and act swiftly—monitoring metrics daily, adjusting strategies as necessary, and amplifying successful initiatives.Collaborate closely with Product, Lifecycle, and Field Marketing teams to synchronize growth experiments with product releases and market opportunities.
