Role Overview: Lead Trainer for Drone Pilot Programs
The Lead Trainer plays a key part in BRINC’s mission to support first responders. This position focuses on delivering operational training for BRINC’s small unmanned aircraft systems (sUAS) and Drone as First Responder (DFR) technology. The Lead Trainer works directly with public safety agencies throughout a designated U. S. region, ensuring they can use BRINC’s tools effectively and safely.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver in-depth training sessions on BRINC’s sUAS platforms and DFR ecosystem to public safety personnel.
- Support and certify regional contract trainers, monitoring their performance and readiness.
- Maintain up-to-date, expert-level knowledge of all BRINC products and training protocols.
- Travel up to 50% of the time to conduct trainings and support agencies in the field.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Experience with public safety training, ideally involving emergency response technology.
- Background working with specialized tools or systems used in emergency operations.
- Comfort managing multiple projects and supporting a distributed team of trainers.
This role is based in the United States and covers a specific regional territory. Candidates should expect regular travel to train and support public safety agencies.
